I had a terrible experience waiting ages for the elevator, with only three working in the whole building. With my asthma, climbing the stairs wasn’t ideal, especially after being shoved into a smoking room. What a nightmare!

The staff was incredible! Ivy went above and beyond to make sure my girlfriend and I were safe and right next to each other. Plus, the beach access and outdoor pool made it so easy to soak up the sun and enjoy every moment!
